Chicory herb has a positive effect on the functioning of the digestive system. Due to the ability to stimulate the stomach to secrete digestive juices, it is effective in combating indigestion. Chicory herb infusion also has a diuretic effect.

INGREDIENTS
100% dried, ground chicory herb
Cichorii coat of arms

APPLICATION
Pour 1/2 tablespoon of the product into 1 glass of water, bring to a boil and simmer slowly, covered 5 minutes. Set aside for 10 minutes, strain and pour into a thermos. Drink the prepared decoction in small portions 3-4 times a day before meals.
1.5 g of the product is a daily portion for consumption. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Dietary supplements should be stored out of reach of small children.
