The cocoa mass in the product is at least 35%.
The composition of the product includes almonds and orange. Orange adds a characteristic aroma, and almonds are also a source of B vitamins, vitamin E, magnesium, potassium, zinc, folic acid and unsaturated fatty acids.
The cocoa beans used to make chocolate come from the cocoa trees. This plant grows wild in the regions of Central America and South America. Cocoa is rich in many health-promoting nutrients. They contain flavonoids in their composition; mainly catechins and epicatechins. It is a source of minerals such as magnesium, iron, selenium, zinc, potassium, chromium and manganese. It also contains theobromine, which stimulates the body, and phenylethylamine, which belongs to the group of endorphins.
