Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) is an organic vitamin-like compound. It is produced in the body to ensure the proper functioning of mitochondria, in which energy is produced at the cellular level. What's more, coenzyme Q10 actively participates in the process of producing energy necessary for the entire body. Ubichinon is an important element for the proper course of phosphorylation of ADP to ATP (i.e. in the process of ATP formation). ATP, or adenosine triphosphate, is the basic energy carrier in the body. In addition, it is a compound that gives muscles the energy they need to contract.Naturally, coenzyme Q10 has a weakened effect (due to limited production of the ingredient) after the age of 35. Therefore, increased demand for coenzyme Q10 may occur as a result of aging of the body, high stress exposure, as well as in physically active people. Its deficiency can cause disorders in the functioning of many organs as well as the circulatory, nervous and immune systems. This can lead to a worsening of general well-being, poorer concentration and susceptibility to infection. DIRECTIONS FOR USE

One capsule a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet. The product is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.
