Pickled cucumbers with carrots are rubbed on a coarse grater. In the production process, only selected varieties of cucumbers are used, which are ideal for pickling. The spices added to the pickle come from Poland. It contains dill, horseradish roots and leaves, and ground garlic. This combination guarantees a unique flavor. Cucumbers are closed in small barrels, thanks to which less salt is used, it also makes it easier to control the ripening process.
The puree is perfect as an addition to soup and a base for cucumber sauces or vegetable salads. Pasteurized product.
