DESCRIPTION
Diet supplement. Soluble fiber.

PREPARATION METHOD
In the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening before bedtime, mix 1-2 teaspoons in 250 ml of lukewarm water, then drink. Take a glass with another drink (tea or fruit juice). Psyllium can be added to yogurt, cereal or soups.

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
The maximum daily dose is 5 teaspoons per day, corresponding to 10 g of fiber. Children from 6 to 12 years 1-2 teaspoons, once a day.

COMMENTS
The product is not intended for children under 6 years of age. The preparation may lower blood sugar. Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
