DESCRIPTION
The algae are hand-picked in their natural habitat on the coast of Galicia (Bay of Biscay and Portuguese Waters). Kombu algae are used to flavor the water used in the preparation of soups, broths, sauces, rice, vegetables, fish, meat and stew dishes. 1 g of the product contains 150 µg of iodine, which covers the daily requirement for this ingredient.

A METHOD OF PREPARING
Use only for preparation of stocks or broths, do not eat directly. Add 1 g of algae to 1 liter of boiling water, cook for 5 minutes and remove the algae from the broth or stock.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store at room temperature in a dry place. After opening, store in a tightly closed container.
