DESCRIPTION
The algae are hand-picked in their natural habitat on the coast of Galicia (Bay of Biscay and Portuguese Waters). Dehydrated and steamed, they can be used as a base for salads. Cooked as an addition to fish and seafood dishes or with scrambled eggs, croquettes, soups, stews, rice, pasta and hamburgers. 4 g of the product contains 150 µg of iodine, which covers the daily requirement for this ingredient.
