DESCRIPTION

A unique, aromatic decaf coffee arabica - the country of origin Ethiopia. Coffee has been decaffeinated by natural methods (water and CO2), without the use of chemical solvents. It is characterized by a mild taste and aroma. Recommended to all coffee lovers who cannot consume products with a high caffeine content.

Maximum may contain 0.01% caffeine. Decaffeinated coffee is available as a choice for those consumers who want to enjoy the aroma and taste of coffee without experiencing its stimulating properties. The quality of decaf coffee is just as high as traditional coffee.

PRODUCTION

Cafe Michel decaf coffee is made using water. This is the only ecological method. The decaffeination process begins on green coffee beans, before roasting. Basically, green coffee beans are immersed in water. Due to the difference in concentration, caffeine moves from beans to water - it is washed out, dissolved. Water is exchanged during this process, which causes all caffeine contained in the coffee beans to transfer to the water. This process removes caffeine without changing the taste of the coffee.
