Cistus is a shrub belonging to the family of Cistaceae. Most species grow in the Mediterranean basin and West Asia, and Poland are only crops. It contains a large amount of polyphenols that neutralize free radicals. They support the work of the whole body with weakness and improve its preventive function.

Ingredients:

  Dried-up cistus.

Recommended daily dose:

  4 heaped teaspoons of dried cistus(4g). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Usage:

  Pour 2 heaped teaspoons of dried tea into a glass, then pour boiling water, brew for about 5 minutes, drink a freshly prepared infusion. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Only a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet ensure proper functioning of the body.

Storage:

Store in a dry place at room temperature in a tightly closed container.
