A METHOD OF PREPARING
Cook in a proportion of 1 or 2 tablespoons of semolina per 250 ml of milk or water (depending on the preferred consistency)

Measure out 250 ml of milk, pour a little into a glass and mix it with semolina. The remaining milk is boiled, pour the solution with semolina, stirring constantly so that no lumps form. Cook for 3-5 minutes. to thicken. The finished dish is served with syrup or fruit mousse.
