Elderberry is a common plant throughout Europe. It can be recognized by the purplish-black, small, round, berry-like fruits that grow on shrubs and white flowers.
It is used as a health-promoting plant, in cosmetics and as an ornamental plant.
Flowers in their composition contain flavonoids, essential oils, tannins, mineral salts and organic acids. Sheep, on the other hand, are a source of vitamin C and A, simple sugars, pectins and antioxidants that help reduce free radicals.
The syrup contains elderberry juice concentrate, manuka honey, tincture of thyme leaves, anise fruit, licorice root, horseradish, ginger rhizomes and peppermint oils. HOW TO USE
Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 teaspoon 3 times a day between meals
Children: 2-5 years, 1/4 teaspoon 3 times a day between meals.
Children: 6-12 years old 1/2 teaspoon 3 times a day between meals.
