Peach is a tree species belonging to the rose family. It probably comes from central and northeastern China, currently it does not grow wild, it is only a cultivated plant.
Peach fruit is characterized by numerous nutritional properties, and it contains few calories (approx. 39 kcal per 100 g). The most numerous group of health-promoting ingredients are vitamins A, C, E, B vitamins and folic acid, and the peach flesh is rich in potassium, phosphorus, folic acid, magnesium, iron, calcium, boron, and selenium.
Peach consists of 90% water, which makes it perfect for hydration and thirst quencher.
