Folate 5-MTHF Methyl 600 µg is a dietary supplement containing in its composition active folic acid in the form of calcium L-methylfolate. Calcium L-methylfolate is the active, crystalline and methylated form of folic acid, which is available to the body immediately after consumption, without the need for further metabolic changes. Consumption of calcium L-methylfolate shows greater bioavailability and does not mask vitamin B12 deficiency.
Chicory inulin contained in the product contributes to the proper functioning of the intestines by increasing the frequency of bowel movements. A beneficial effect occurs with a daily intake of 12g chicory inulin. A portion of the product provides 260 mg of inulin.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Take 1 capsule a day. Drink with water (250 ml).
