Folic acid is a B vitamin called folate, vitamin B9 or B11. Responsible for the proper functioning of the nervous and circulatory systems. During pregnancy, the need for folic acid doubles in women. Folates have a positive effect on the amount of maternal tissues during pregnancy, and are involved in cell division and the production of red blood cells. Solgar folic acid is free of sugar, soy, gluten, lactose and is hypoallergenic.

INGREDIENTS
Folic acid, fillers: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, cellulose gum, folic acid.

HOW TO USE
