A METHOD OF PREPARING
1 kg of small or diced fruit or 600 ml of cold juice, add the contents of the bag and mix. Add 4 tablespoons of lemon juice or 3 g of citric acid. Then add 300 g of sweetener or sugar. Boil it while stirring for about 3 minutes. Pour the hot jam into jars, screw the lid on and leave it standing on the lid.
