60% oat flakes; 20% fruit: 10% candied pineapple (pineapple, sugar, citric acid, SO2 preservative), dried cranberry (dried cranberry, cane sugar, citric acid, elderberry juice concentrate, sunflower oil), dried dates, freeze-dried raspberries; 5% flax seed; 5% chia seeds; 5% sunflower seed; vital fiber (plantain - husk, psyllium - seeds).
