DESCRIPTION

Organic green lentils have a very delicate taste. It is perfect as an addition to soups, salads, vegetable dishes, goulash. Ideally suited to stew dishes. It can be used to prepare sandwich spreads or stuffing for filling dumplings, croquettes, patties and even meat roasts.

METHOD OF PREPARING

Cook the previously washed lentils in a 1: 2 ratio (1 serving of lentils for 2 servings of water) for approx. 25 min. Salt at the end of cooking.
