INGREDIENTS
100% matcha green tea * (* certified organic ingredient)

DESCRIPTION
Organic matcha from the second and third harvest. It is characterized by a strong aroma with noticeable bitterness and a lighter shade of green. Recommended for matcha latte, cocktails and as an addition to ice cream or pastries.

HOW TO PREPARE
Pour a teaspoon of matcha tea with a small amount of warm water in a bowl and mix vigorously with a bamboo stirrer until the whole matcha dissolves and a characteristic thick foam is formed on the surface. Then slowly add water to get a serving of approx. 200 ml. A traditional bamboo chasen or stirrer is best suited for mixing. Matcha can also be prepared using a manual milk frother and replace a traditional cup with a glass or mug.
The water should have a temperature of approx. 80 ° C. You can get it using a kettle with a temperature meter or putting the ordinary kettle with boiling water away for 10 minutes.
Matchy should not be flooded with boiling water because it loses some of its nutritional properties.
