DESCRIPTION
Organic green peas are one of the most popular legumes. It's great for making all kinds of pastes and pies, and as an addition to dinner dishes and soups.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Cook soaked peas for several hours and boil until soft in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 minutes. Salt the peas only at the end of cooking.
