INGREDIENTS
100% matcha green tea * (* certified organic ingredient)

DESCRIPTION
Organic matcha from the second and third season. It is characterized by a strong aroma with a noticeable bitterness and a lighter shade of green. Recommended for matcha latte, later and as an addition to ice cream or baked goods.

PREPARATION METHOD
Pour a teaspoon of matcha tea in a small cup of warm water and stir vigorously with a bamboo stirrer until all of the matcha is spread over the surface to form a characteristic thick foam. Then slowly add water so that you get a portion of about 200 ml. Traditional bamboo chasen, i.e. a stirrer, are used to mix food. Matcha can also be prepared using a manual milk frother, a traditional table cup, a glass or a mug.
The temperature of the water should be around 80 ° C. You can find the answers with a kettle with a temperature gauge or by putting a regular kettle of boiling water down for 10 minutes.
Matcha should not be poured with boiling water because it loses some of its nutritional properties.
