DESCRIPTION

PRODUCTION
Cafe Michel decaffinated coffee is made with the use of water. This is the only ecological method. The decaffeination process begins on green coffee beans, before smoking. Basically, green coffee beans are immersed in water. Due to the difference in concentration, caffeine moves from beans to water - it is washed out, dissolved. Water is exchanged during this process, which causes all caffeine contained in the coffee beans to move into the water. This process removes caffeine without changing the taste of the coffee.
