Guar Gum 100g AGNEX

Guar gum is a natural substance that affects water binding, increases viscosity and has stabilizing properties. It is a powder with good water solubility that creates a solution medication. Is obtained from the endosperm of the seeds of the Cyamopsis tetragonoloba plant, which comes from the bean family. It grows in India and Pakistan.
Guar gum is widely used in the food industry, where it can be distinguished as E412. This rubber is also used in the paper and textile industry. It binds cellulose fibers and is used for coating paper. In the production of fabrics, it is a thickener for pastes for colored printing. It also found its application as an electrolyte thickener in batteries, glues, pastes and printing inks.
Guar gum is used as a gelling and thickening substance as well as a carrier and stabilizer.
