DESCRIPTION

Organic guar gum is a natural thickener obtained from the endosperm of the seeds of the bean plant family - Cyamopsis tetragonolobus. Guar gum can be used as a neutral taste and smell substitute for gelatin. It has good solubility in water, and also thickens products without having to heat them. Thanks to its properties, it is a perfect addition to sauces, dressings, soups, jams or desserts. Preparation: dissolve 1 g of guar gum (1/4 teaspoon) in 100 g of concentrated product.
