DESCRIPTION
Ecological guar gum is a natural thickener obtained from the endosperm of seeds of the Fabaceae plant - Cyamopsis tetragonolobus. Guar gum can be used as a neutral taste and smell as a substitute for gelatin. It is characterized by good solubility in water, and also thickens products without the need to heat them. Thanks to its properties, it is an ideal addition to sauces, dressings, soups, jams and desserts. Preparation method: dissolve 1 g of guar gum (1/4 teaspoon) in 100 g of thickened product.
