Grape seed oil is obtained from grape seeds and has a delicate taste. Its advantage is incomparable to any other oil, the property of preserving the natural taste of dishes fried on it. In the Mediterranean diet it is widely used for salads, sauces as well as for frying and braising. Grape seed oil is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fats, including polyunsaturated fats (EFA - Essential Unsaturated Fat).
