Green coffee is raw beans, they are not roasted coffee beans. These grains did not break down carbohydrates and fats, i.e. the pyrolysis process. They do not have the characteristic taste and smell of coffee, it is milder, more acidic and has almost no bitterness. Its color is light green, but the caffeine content is the same as in traditional coffee.
