Green ground coffee
Green coffee is raw, non-roasted coffee bean. These beans have not yet undergone pyrolysis, i.e. the breakdown of carbohydrates and fats, which is why they do not have the taste and aroma of black coffee. However, the caffeine content does not change.
Coffee beans are light green, hence the name of the product. Unroasted, green coffee taste is much milder, more acidic and almost completely without bitterness.
Usage: Pour 10g (three teaspoons) of ground green coffee into a cup. Pour hot water (preferably at 90 ° C). After 5 minutes, the brew is ready for consumption. The taste of the brew is a bit like the taste of brewed green tea, slightly tart.
