Green coffee is raw, non-roasted coffee beans. These beans have not yet experienced the pyrolysis process, i.e. the decomposition of carbohydrates and fats, therefore they do not have the taste and aroma of black coffee. However, the caffeine content does not change.
The coffee beans are light green in color, hence the name of the product. Unroasted green coffee tastes much milder, more acidic and almost completely devoid of bitterness.
Green coffee offered by Intenson is distinguished by its spicy taste. The green bean infusion has a tart, sour taste and does not have the characteristic aroma of coffee.

Usage method
1-2 teaspoons of ground coffee should be poured into the cup and hot water at 90 ° C should be poured over it. After 5 minutes, the infusion is ready for consumption.
