Reishi is also a mushroom also known as Shining Lacquer or Ling shi. The Chinese name ling zhi means magic plant or plant of immortality.
This mushroom is grown on solid wood, and its growth time is two or three months. The next stage is replanting them to the ground and ripening there. Only the hat is used for production, which was ground in the case of the NatVita product.
