INGREDIENTS
100% dried, shredded ground elder leaf
Aegopodium podagraria L.

APPLICATION
Pour 1 teaspoon of the product into 1 cup of boiling water (250 ml). Set aside for 15 minutes, covered. Drain. Drink the prepared infusion in small portions throughout the day.
0.7 g of the product is a daily portion for consumption.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
