High content of nutrients. Thanks to the pleasant nutty flavor and aroma, it is perfect as an addition to various dishes. They work well with cooking and baking, and also decorative as a topping. Rich in fatty acids: gamma linolenic acid, stearidic acid. High content of vitamins (group B, E) and minerals: calcium, potassium, phosphorus, iron. Is a valuable source of protein.

Suitable for sweet and savory pastries, especially for bread (about 10% of the whole weight).
