Field horsetail, or Euqiseti herba is a plant growing among others in Poland. It can be found in fields, wet meadows and slopes. This plant has a lot of flowonoids in its composition, thus helping to cleanse the body and remove free radicals. Has a positive effect on the urinary system and the circulatory system. In addition, it has calming properties. Additionally, it can be helpful in excessive sweating of the feet.

INGREDIENTS
100% dried, crushed horsetail herb (Euqiseti herba).

APPLICATION
Consume in the form of infusion: 2 teaspoons of horsetail herb pour 1 cup boiling water (250ml), infuse covered for 10-15 minutes. Strain. Drink a warm, fresh infusion.
