DESCRIPTION
Inulin is obtained exclusively from organic agave (Blue Agave Tequilana Webber). Is a natural carbohydrate, has prebiotic properties. We offer inulin as an addition to fermented dairy products, baked goods (improves the structure of cakes) and thickening (instead of flour). It can also be consumed after dissolving in warm water. Excessive consumption may cause a laxative effect.
