The dietary supplement in the form of a syrup contains a carefully selected selection of herbs created according to the monastic recipe of the Order of Bonifraters. The product in its composition contains ingredients such as elderberry, mullein, linden, chamomile, thyme and lemon balm.
Elderberry, otherwise known as the pharmacy lilac, is a shrub commonly found in Poland. Both the flowers and the elderberry fruit are rich in vitamins and minerals. Dried lilac flower has antipyretic and diaphoretic properties, therefore it is recommended for all respiratory infections. It has an antioxidant effect.
The large-leaved mullein grows wild, for example in meadows or fields. Mullein is a rich source of many valuable ingredients, including flavonoids that have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. In addition, due to its coating properties, it can soothe sore throats and hoarseness. It also has a protective effect.
The linden inflorescence contains many health-promoting substances, mainly flavonoids, phytosterols, mucilages
and tannins, as well as organic acids, mineral salts, vitamin C and PP. It soothes cough and sore throat. Therefore, infusions of linden flowers are used as an auxiliary, mild diaphoretic.
Chamomile is a small annual plant growing to a height of 60 cm, common not only throughout Europe, but also in North America, Australia and Asia. In Poland, chamomile grows as a field weed in meadows, gardens, fields, balks and wastelands, but due to its wide application, it is also often grown on plantations. It has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.
Thyme is a plant belonging to the Lyme family. It comes from the Mediterranean basin, but today it is also cultivated in other parts of the world. Thyme has a broad health effect. First of all, it has strong antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Facilitates expectoration. Thyme in the form of syrups, infusions and other means is irreplaceable in infections of the throat, tonsils and mouth. With its diastolic and expectorant effects it is also useful as a cough remedy.
Lemon balm is a perennial plant, reaching several dozen centimeters in height. It came to us from Mediterranean countries, where it has been used both in herbal medicine and in cooking since ancient times. It has a strongly branched stem densely covered with fine hairs. Heart-shaped leaves with serrated edges, after crushing or grinding, have an intense lemon scent. It has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral properties.

HOW TO USE
Children over 3 years of age: 5 ml 3 times a day. Children over 12 years of age and adults: 10 ml 3 times a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. It is important to eat a balanced and varied diet and to lead a healthy lifestyle. The preparation cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. The product contains ingredients of natural origin that may cause the appearance of iridescence and sediment. This has no effect on the quality and performance of the product.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a tightly closed container, in the original carton, at a temperature below 25 ° C, out of reach of small children. Protect from light.
