LEMONGRASS

Lemon grass gives the dishes a characteristic slightly lemon flavor. Most often used as a spice for oriental or Mediterranean cuisine. It is perfect as an addition to soups, fish, poultry, vegetable marinades, salad dressings, jams, drinks and sorbets, sauces, and also for tea.

How to use: Pour 3 teaspoons and add 5 cups of water, boil briefly.
Also great as a cold drink. You can season with honey or cane sugar
or add to tea.
