Lutein is a naturally occurring yellow-orange dye belonging to the group of carotenoids. The "free" lutein contained in the product comes from the marigold flower extract. The most important feature of carotenoids is antioxidant activity (they neutralize the harmful effects of free radicals), lutein (one of the carotenoids with the strongest antioxidant properties) thus neutralizes free radicals that are formed in the eyeball under the influence of sunlight and oxidative damage initiated by them. Most lutein accumulates in the macula - the structure of the eye responsible for color vision and image sharpness. Lutein (along with zeaxanthin) is found in the retina of the eye and in the lens.Zeaxanthin belongs to the groups of carotenoids, i.e. substances found in vegetables and fruits. The zeaxanthin OmniXan contained in the product is a patented carotenoid obtained from paprika. Zeaxanthin is found in the lens and retina, especially in the macula which is responsible for visual acuity. The most important feature of carotenoids is an antioxidant effect (they neutralize the harmful effects of free radicals). Zeaxanthin (one of the carotenoids with the strongest antioxidant properties), which concentrates mainly within the tissues of the eye, supports the destruction of radiation arising under the influence of daylight and the oxidative damage caused by free radicals. Thanks to its action, zeaxanthin relieves eye fatigue and supports the vision process.

INGREDIENTS

Lutein, zeaxanthin, sunflower oil, capsule shell: gelatin, humectant: glycerol, safflower oil, natural tocopherols.

APPLICATION

One capsule a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet. The product is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.
