A METHOD OF PREPARING
Mix the contents of the sachet with water / juice (100-150 ml) and drink it. Do not take on an empty stomach.

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
Adults: 1 sachet daily with or after a meal. Children from 2 to 6 years of age: 1/4 sachet daily, from 6 to 12 years of age: 1/3 of the sachet daily with or after a meal.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
