DESCRIPTION

Organic manna groats is obtained during the milling of purified common wheat grains. It contains gluten, which is its advantage in the preparation of puddings and leguminas, or the popular, thick manna groats with fruit. It is also great as an addition to soups, cakes, pastries and casseroles.

METHOD OF PREPARING

manna groats with milk: boil 1/2 l of milk, pour boiling milk into 3 tablespoons of groats. Cook 10-15 min. stirring occasionally.
