MCT hazelnut-vanilla oil contains medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), the fats naturally found in coconut and palm oils. They are easier and faster to digest than other types of fats. MCTs are absorbed directly into the blood vessels of the liver and completely metabolized by it. They start to break down in the mouth, and their complete breakdown is quick and does not require a lot of energy.

Natural color change may occur in this product.

Ingredients:
MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides) Oil (Coconut Oil / Palm Kernel Oil) (Non-GMO); flavor and aroma correcting substances - natural aroma of vanilla and nut.
Contains naturally occurring fatty acids: caprylic acid (C8: 0) and capric acid (C10: 0).

Dosage:
1 tablespoon (15 ml) daily.

Directions for use:
Shake well before use. MCT oil can be used as a substitute for conventional oils in salad dressings, sauces or cooking. It is not recommended for use in frying because of low smoke.
