Organic millet flour obtained from dehulled millet. It is characterized by a nutty aroma and a bittersweet aftertaste. Pastries made from millet flour are very light and have a delicate taste. We recommend the production of cookies in combination with rice flour, also pancakes and pies in combination with buckwheat flour. Also great for thickening dishes, because it does not create lumps and has a neutral taste.
