The organic millet concentrate is a gluten-free product of organic farming intended for consumers who want to eat gluten-free. Each production batch is tested for gluten by an independent laboratory. The concentrate consists only of gluten-free millet flour, water and Kłodawa salt, these ingredients are subjected to natural ensiling. In order to maintain the highest quality, the product undergoes mild pasteurization. Organic millet concentrate is the basis for preparing a great soup.
