Magnesium lactate is a magnesium salt of lactic acid. Is an organic form, it is a very well absorbed compound, suitable for people who have problems with indigestion. Magnesium in our body is responsible for over 300 enzymes, is involved in chemical reactions, and its largest amount is in bones and muscles. Magnesium is involved in exercise metabolism, protein synthesis, maintains constant electrical potential in muscles and nervous tissue, and participates in muscle contraction.
