Calendula is a herbal plant, but also a garden plant and very popular. It is known mainly as a herb used for skin prone to inflammation. It contains essential oil, carotenoids, flavonoids, glycosides and triterpene saponins, as well as bitterness, mucus compounds, organic acids, phytosterols.
The maceration is obtained by maceration of marigold flowers in cold-pressed sunflower oil BIO (1: 3). It contains fatty acids, minerals, beta-carotene and vitamins A, B, C, E and F. Thanks to these ingredients, it increases skin elasticity, regenerates and has anti-inflammatory properties. It is easily absorbed, leaving the skin soft, smooth and refreshed. Recommended for the care of rough, cracked skin, also damaged by frostbite or burns. It is also suitable for the care of skin prone to infection, redness and cracking. Due to the high content of vitamin E and linoleic acid in sunflower oil, macerate has antioxidant and anti-acne properties.
