Boletus mushrooms, found in jars, come only from Polish forests, mainly from the Kozienicka Primeval Forest. The pickle is delicate, sweet and sour, good to taste, and the mushrooms are firm. Bolete mushrooms look great on the festive table. For those who do not wish to turn them into dishes, we recommend preparing tartar sauce. Due to the richness of biologically active ingredients, mushrooms can be classified as functional food, i.e. having health-promoting properties. Mushrooms have a very interesting composition: they contain a lot of water, but their dry matter is largely protein; contain linolenic acid, but also fiber. Mushrooms contain many valuable micronutrients, so it is worth reaching for them.
