Milk thistle oil is a cold pressed and crude dietary supplement. Milk thistle is a plant cultivated in many countries, including Poland. It is a source of bioflavonoids, and especially silymarin. Silymarin content in milk thistle fruit ranges from 1.5-3%. It is a mixture of flavonolignans, among which the most important flavonoid is silybin. It has anti-lullative effect. Milk thistle may have liver supporting effects.

INGREDIENTS
Oil from milk thistle, cold pressed, unpurified.

Content in a daily portion of 12g (3 teaspoons = 13ml):
Unsaturated fatty acids - 9.5g
Polyunsaturated fatty acids - 6.3g
- including omega-6 (linoleic acid) - 5.9g
Monounsaturated fatty acids - 3.2g
- including omega-9 (oleic acid) - 3g

Net weight: 250ml

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Cold. For adults to supplement the diet with polyunsaturated fat deposits.
Dietary supplements should not be stored out of reach of small children. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
