The mixture for making pancakes with buckwheat flour is made of ecological ingredients. It does not contain sugar. Buckwheat flour contains important ingredients such as zinc, phosphorus, magnesium and B vitamins. Ground flax and turmeric support digestion and can prevent intestinal discomfort.
Ready-made pancakes taste great with jam, cheese or fruit.

HOW TO USE
In a bowl, combine all the wet ingredients (4 eggs, 200 ml of milk, 200 ml of water, 2 tablespoons of oil or melted butter). Pour the contents of the package and blend or mix thoroughly with a whisk. Wait 5 minutes for the dough to thicken. Preheat the pan, but not too much (approx. Half the burner power). Pour a thin layer of dough into the pans. Fry the pancakes on both sides until light brown and stack them on top of each other. Before frying each pancake, stir the dough - if it becomes too thick, add a little water.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a dry and cool place in a tightly closed container. Store ready-made pancakes in the refrigerator under cover for up to 2 days.
