Mountain Tea Ironwort 100g Targroch

Gojnik grows in nature in the Balkans, Turkey, the Mediterranean and the Iberian Peninsula. Already in ancient times, this infusion was given to soldiers for regeneration. It contains tannins, essential oils and is a natural antioxidant.

Ingredients:

  (Sideritis Scardica) mountain tea.

Usage:

Pour 2-3 teaspoons into a glass and pour boiling water over it. The brewing time should be 3-5 minutes under cover. If we brew tea for over 3 minutes, the essential oils properly saturate the tea, supporting the body.

 Storage:

Store in a dry place at room temperature in a tightly closed container.
