PRENACAPS MULTI 1 is a complex of 15 ingredients for women up to the 12th week of pregnancy. PRENACAPS MULTI 1 contains highly digestible and active forms of ingredients (including zinc citrate, L-selenomethionine, methylcobalamin). It also includes a biologically active form of folic acid (Quatrefolic®) with research-proven high bioavailability. The ingredients contained in the product support: functioning of the nervous system (B1, B2, niacin, B6, B12, biotin, iodine, magnesium), maintaining a healthy skin (biotin, B2, zinc), production of red blood cells (B2, B6 and B12), reducing feelings of fatigue and weariness (B2, niacin, B6, C, pantothenic acid), maintaining proper metabolism of homocysteine (B6, B12, folic acid), protection of cells against oxidative stress (E), immune system (D, C, folic acid) and vision (B2), and also maintaining healthy bones (D).

HOW TO USE
Take 2 capsules once a day with a meal.
The product should be used after consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body. Before using a product containing vitamin D, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the results with a doctor or pharmacist. It is not recommended to consume more than 50 µg of vitamin D per day from various sources.
