Century Formula is a preparation that provides a set of vitamins and minerals. Vitamins regulate many biochemical processes and are necessary for the health and proper functioning of the body. Vitamins are divided into: water-soluble: B vitamins and vitamin C and fat-soluble vitamins: vitamins A, D, E, K.
Minerals are essential for the proper functioning of the body. They belong to exogenous compounds, so they must be supplied to the body with food. Minerals are responsible, among others, for: the proper structure of teeth and bones and as components that create structural elements of the skin, hair and nails, support the immune system (especially zinc), play an essential role in the formation of homoglobin and red blood cells, are responsible for water and electrolyte balance and acid-base balance, are part of many enzymes, chemicals, hormones and transport proteins. Minerals are divided into: macronutrients: calcium, magnesium, potassium and macronutrients: iron, copper, zinc, manganese, molybdenum, iodine, chromium, selenium.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE 
One capsule a day. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet. The product is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.
