DESCRIPTION
Water from green (young) coconuts is a great hydrating drink. At all ages we are exposed to dehydration and various overloads of our body resulting in the loss of electrolytes and minerals. We supplement them in order to feel better. Coconut water contains five major electrolytes that we need in our daily diet: calcium, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium. Coconut water is a natural product. It does not contain fat, as well as food allergens, such as: wheat, gluten, soy or corn. Spilled under aseptic conditions, it is protected from light and oxygen for a period of 10 months.
